Clean and sanitize your work area and all of your packaging materials. Also, prepare a bottle of rubbing alcohol and place a sprayer on top. In addition, we suggest that you wear gloves, protective clothing, and a hair net while preparing this recipe.
Step 1: Prepare two Gingerbread Cupcakes. First, in a microwave-safe bowl, weigh out 220 grams of the Suds N Glo Shea Butter MP Soap Base, cutting it into small pieces. Next, heat the soap base in your microwave in 30-second increments. Repeat this process, stirring in between each 30-second burst, until the soap is in a fluid state.
Step 2: To the bowl, add 11 grams of the Gingerbread Fragrance Oil and 11 grams of the Vanilla White Color Stabilizer. Stir to incorporate the ingredients.
Step 3: Place your Gingerbread Embed Mold in front of you. Using a pipette, fill in the buttons, eyes, and mouth of two of the gingerbread embeds with the white soap. Spray with alcohol to release any air bubbles.
Step 4: While the soap is still in a fluid state, add 25 drops of the Brown Oxide FUN Soap Colorant and 5 drops of the Black Oxide FUN Soap Colorant. Stir slowly until the colorant is fully blended.
Step 5: Pour the soap into 2 cavities of the Gingerbread Embed Mold and the remaining soap into the cupcake mold. Spray the soap with the alcohol to release any air bubbles. Allow the soap to set up before removing them from the mold.
Step 6: Next, before you begin topping the soap cupcake, you will need to decide how you want to top it. You can either pipe the whipped soap on top of the cupcake, or scoop it on. We used a Russian piping tip for our cupcakes. So, if you plan to pipe the soap, you will need to prepare your piping bag at this time. However, if you have not worked with whipped soap in the past, we do recommend simply frosting it in the same manner you would top an actual cupcake as you will need to work fairly quickly to top the soap.
Step 7: Prepare the frosting. First, in a deep mixing bowl, weigh out 75 grams of the Whipped Soap Base. To the base, also add 7 grams Vegetable Glycerin, 7 grams of the Gingerbread Fragrance Oil, and 7 grams of the Vanilla White Color Stabilizer. Stir to incorporate. Using a hand mixer, whip the base until it is a frosting-like consistency. Set this aside, for now.
Step 8: Weigh out 75 grams of the Suds N Glo Shea Butter MP Soap. Melt the soap in 30-second intervals until it is in a fluid state. Once melted, add it to the bowl containing the whipped soap. Use the hand mixer to whip the soap once again. Once you have a frosting-like consistency, you are ready to top your cupcakes. Either pipe the top or scoop the wax on top.
Step 9: Decorate the frosting. Dust the soap cupcake with both 24K Gold Mica and Diamond Dust Mica. Optionally, you can add decorating sprinkles. Then, place a gingerbread embed on top of the cupcake, pressing it slightly into the frosting.

Next, heat the soap base in your microwave in 30-second increments. Repeat this process, stirring in between each 30-second burst, until the soap is in a fluid state.

Step 12: Pour the soap into cupcake mold. Spray the soap with the alcohol to release any air bubbles. Allow the soap to set up before removing it from the mold.
Step 13: Once again, you will need to decide how you would like to top your soap cupcake. We used a 1M decorating tip and piped the top of ours to resemble a Christmas Tree. However, you could also simply frost it and add Holiday themed sprinkles.
Step 14: Prepare the frosting. First, in a deep mixing bowl, weigh out 75 grams of the Whipped Soap Base. Step 16: Prepare First Red Layer of the Two Santa Hat Cupcakes. First, in a microwave-safe bowl, weigh out 67 grams of the Suds N Glo Shea Butter MP Soap Base, cutting it into small pieces. Next, heat the soap base in your microwave in 30-second increments. Repeat this process, stirring in between each 30-second burst, until the soap is in a fluid state.
Step 17: To the bowl, add 20 drops of the Tomato Red FUN Soap Colorant, 3 drops of the Black Oxide FUN Soap Colorant, 3 grams of the Santa Snacks Fragrance Oil and 3 grams of the Vanilla White Color Stabilizer. Stir to blend the ingredients.
Step 18: Divide the soap equally between the two cavities of the cupcake mold. Once you have poured the soap, spray it with the alcohol to release any air bubbles. Allow the soap to set up before moving on.
Step 19: Prepare the Black Layer. Weigh out and melt 66 grams of the Suds N Glo Soap Base. Once melted, add 3 grams of the Santa Snacks Fragrance Oil, 3 grams of the Vanilla White Color Stabilizer, and about 30 drops of the Black Oxide FUN Soap Colorant. Stir to blend the ingredients.
Step 20: Spray your previous red layers of soap with alcohol. Then, pour the soap into the cupcake soap mold, dividing it equally between the two cavities. Again, spray with alcohol to release any air bubbles. Allow the soap to set up before moving on.
Step 21: Prepare Second Red Layer of the Two Santa Hat Cupcakes. In a microwave-safe bowl, weigh out 67 grams of the Suds N Glo Shea Butter MP Soap Base, cutting it into small pieces. Next, heat the soap base in your microwave in 30-second increments. Repeat this process, stirring in between each 30-second burst, until the soap is in a fluid state.
Step 22: To the bowl, add 20 drops of the Tomato Red FUN Soap Colorant, 3 drops of the Black Oxide FUN Soap Colorant, 3 grams of the Santa Snacks Fragrance Oil and 3 grams of the Vanilla White Color Stabilizer. Stir to blend the ingredients.
Step 23: Spray the previous black layer with alcohol and pour the soap into the mold, filling each cavity of the cupcake mold completely. Allow them to set up before removing them from the mold.
Step 24: Prepare the red whipped soap. In a deep mixing bowl, weigh out 50 grams of the Whipped Soap Base. To the base, 1 gram Glistening Garnet Mica, 25 drops Tomato Red FUN Soap Colorant, 5 drops Black Oxide FUN Soap Colorant, 5 grams Vegetable Glycerin, 5 grams of the Santa Snacks Fragrance Oil, and 5 grams of the Vanilla White Color Stabilizer. Stir to incorporate. Using a hand mixer, whip the base until it is a frosting-like consistency. Set this aside, for now.
Step 25: Weigh out 50 grams of the Suds N Glo Shea Butter MP Soap. Melt the soap in 30-second intervals until it is in a fluid state. Once melted, add it to the bowl containing the whipped soap. Use the hand mixer to whip the soap once again. Once you have a frosting-like consistency, you are ready to top your cupcakes. Pipe the top of each soap to resemble the red portion of a Santa hat using a 1M decorating tip.
Step 26: Prepare the white whipped soap. Weigh out 25 grams of the Whipped Soap Base in a small mixing bowl. To the base, also add 2 grams Vegetable Glycerin, 2 grams of the Santa Snacks Fragrance Oil, and 2 grams of the Vanilla White Color Stabilizer. Stir to incorporate. Since this is a small amount, I used a rubber spatula to whip the soap for this portion.
Step 27: Weigh out 25 grams of the Suds N Glo Shea Butter MP Soap. Melt the soap in 15-second intervals until it is in a fluid state. Once melted, add it to the bowl containing the whipped soap. Once again, I used my rubber spatula to whip this portion until I achieve a frosting consistency.
Step 28: Use the white whipped soap to pipe a rim of white around the base of your Santa hat. Repeat this process to create a second layer if you would like. Then, add a dollop to the top of each hat.
Step 29: Create the belt buckle. To a very small mixing bowl add just a pinch of the 24K Gold mica. Mix in a very small amount of the alcohol to create a paint like consistency. On the black portion of each cupcake base, paint a gold square to resemble a belt buckle. Allow it to dry. Optionally, if you would like a little extra sparkle, dust the cupcake frosting with the Diamond Dust.
